  • We offer transparent, flat-rate pricing with no hidden fees. Prices are confirmed at the time of booking. 

  • Unlike many other NEMT providers, we don’t charge extra for wheelchairs, passenger weight, service animals, steps, oxygen, multiple stops, attendants, specialized equipment, after-hours trips, or fuel surcharges. Our flat-rate service offers a predictable, cost-conscious alternative with no surprise charges.

  • Non-emergency ambulance trips can cost $1,000 or more. Our flat-rate service provides the same safe, non-emergency transport at a fraction of the cost.

  • Yes. We can accommodate up to two caregivers or family members per trip.

  • Yes. Recurring transportation is available for ongoing treatments such as dialysis, physical therapy, and other routine appointments.

  • Yes. We ensure safe, reliable transportation home following hospital stays or medical procedures.

  • Yes. Same-day bookings may be available depending on scheduling.

  • We proudly serve Los Angeles County. For locations outside this area, please contact us to discuss availability.

  • Monday – Friday: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
    Transportation outside these hours may be available upon request.

  • Yes. Weekend and holiday transportation is available. Please contact dispatch for scheduling.

  • Yes. We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability and preferred scheduling.

Policies & Payments

  • Please notify us as soon as possible. We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes.

  • We operate on a private-pay model and do not bill insurance directly. However, we can provide detailed invoices for potential reimbursement.

  • Payment is required in advance and may be made by clients, family members, or partner facilities. Details are confirmed during booking.

  • We do not supply oxygen. Clients may travel with their own oxygen equipment if they are able to manage it independently.

  • No. We do not provide emergency or 911 services. For emergencies, please call 911.

  • Our dispatch team will work with you to find the closest available time that meets your needs.
