Sybil Hickie is a healthcare professional and senior advocate with 15 years of experience in patient care and home health management. She specializes in safety, risk management, and regulatory compliance, delivering compassionate, high-quality care for seniors and clients with mobility or medical support needs. Committed to professionalism, accountability, and excellence, Sybil ensures every client receives safe, dignified, and reliable service.
Nina Masco
Marketing & Sales
With over 15 years of experience in healthcare leadership and clinical social work, I have served as Director of Facility Social Work and worked across hospice, medical home health, pediatric disability services, sub-acute care, and assisted living, supporting individuals ages 10 to 100+ with compassion, respect, and dignity.
We founded Med Black Transport to provide non-emergent medical and personal transportation that meets each individual’s needs with professionalism, discretion, and comfort. My goal is to ensure every client feels valued, safe, and supported while receiving the highest level of care and service.
Originally from the East Coast, I have proudly served West Coast communities for over six years, bringing experience, integrity, and a deep commitment to helping people live with dignity and independence. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my significant other and my two pugs, as well as helping people grow and thrive, both in and out of the workplace.
